Refund Policy

At Spalah Coconut Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately at spalah.ca@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
