About Our Candles

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made from 100% natural coconut wax with wooden wicks. We use premium fragrance oils and natural essential oils to create our unique scents.

Why coconut wax?

Coconut wax is a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative to paraffin and soy wax. It burns cleaner, longer, and produces less soot. It also has excellent scent throw, filling your space with beautiful fragrance.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 300ml candles provide approximately 50 hours of burn time when used properly.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All our candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use only plant-based ingredients.

Can I use the melted wax on my skin?

Yes! Our coconut wax candles have a unique feature - after melting, the wax is not hot and transforms into a nourishing coconut oil enriched with vitamins A and B. You can use it as a hand cream or massage oil for a luxurious skincare experience.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Candle Care

How do I care for my wooden wick candle?

Trim the wick to about 1/8 inch before each use. Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Why is my wooden wick not staying lit?

This usually means the wick needs trimming. Remove any charred wood and trim to 1/8 inch before relighting.

Can I reuse my candle container?

Yes! Once your candle is finished, clean out any remaining wax with hot water and soap. The container can be reused for storage or decor.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused candles in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at spalah.ca@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
